This project aims to investigate the interactions between OsHV-1 and the Pacific oyster at the host mucosal interface in order to provide a better understanding of the factors driving both virulence and resistance in this host-pathogen relationship.
- Pallial mucus composition and its variations over a one-year exposure in natural field conditions submitted to OsHV-1 seasonal outbreak
- Investigation of the neutralizing properties of oyster pallial mucus
- Characterization of host-pathogen interactions at the mucosal interface
